Under Counter Tape – Self-Adhesive Polyethylene Foam Sealing tape made of closed cell. It is used to seal the contact points of the roof membrane and counter battens with rafter framing. It seals the breakdown of membranes or roofing films made by staples and nails, while simultaneously eliminates the bumps between the counter-battens, membranes or roofing foils and rafters. It protects the insulation against water ingress (eg by penetrating slots made by staples or nails). Designed for gluing smooth and porous surfaces.
Glued surface should be free from grease and dust. It has a high adhesive strength and it is UV resistant and aging. It can be successfully used as an acoustic tape.
